The Church of John Chrysostom is considered the best in Yaroslavl in terms of decorative design. Its ornate appearance is enhanced by various ornaments, flowers, and birds.
Be sure to take a closer look at the tiled lintel — the largest in the world. It is about 8 meters tall and 5 meters wide.
