At city venues and over 500 cafes and restaurants, you can enjoy traditional and signature variations of Russia’s beloved beverage. The recipes were specially developed for the festival, inspired by ancient Russian traditions. On hot days, Muscovites and residents of other cities would prepare herbal, berry, and fruit teas with added spices, steep them, chill them in ice houses, and only then serve them. Today, you can try iced tea with currants and mint, basil and strawberries, coconut water and cream, cherries and lavender, and many other variations.
