Gorodets Painted Craft Factory

Visit the museum of the factory to learn more about the craft, then drop by the souvenir shop. Here, you’ll find Matryoshkas and other souvenirs painted in bright colors, birds, and patterns, as well as dishware and boxes with folklore themes and beautiful, recognizable ornaments. Additionally, you can purchase furniture and toys. The most famous piece is the Gorodets rocking horse, which symbolizes the entire craft.
