About
The oldest city park. Located along the embankment of the mighty Amur River, it is named after Nikolai Muravyov-Amursky, the famous Governor-General of Eastern Siberia. Here, you’ll find one of the city’s symbols — the architectural monument "Utes" (Cliff). In 1943, this site housed a military observation post monitoring the border and the river. Today, it is part of the Grodekov Museum’s new wing.
