Europe's highest observation deck The "Higher than Love" observation deck is located in the south tower of the Oko complex. From a height of 354 meters, you can see a multitude of Moscow's record-breaking landmarks. The "Moscow" Tower in the City of Capitals complex, at 301.6 meters, was the first supertall building in Europe. Meanwhile, the clock on the "West" Tower of the Federation complex entered the Guinness World Records as the highest clock in the world, located at a height of 229 meters.
