Tsvetnoy Boulevard

A popular cultural and leisure park with attractions for both kids and adults. In summer, the park hosts live concerts, and in winter — a festive ice town. Year-round, you can relax in cozy cafés and restaurants with views of the park and city center. Tsvetnoy Boulevard also features several landmarks, including the “Zero Kilometer” marker and Tyumen’s largest fountain — “The Seasons.” The Ferris wheel is decorated with charming singing clock sculptures. After riding the attractions, young visitors can head to the nearby Tyumen Circus.
